Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation after 45 days prior to arrival date, the hotel holds the right to charge individuals for one night non-refundable as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after 45 days and before 31 prior to arrival date, the hotel holds the right to charge individuals for two nights non-refundable as cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after 30 days or less prior to arrival date, the hotel holds the right to charge individuals for full stay non-refundable as cancellation fee.

Turkey Visa Process

An “e-Visa” application is possible for many countries. The visitor(s) need to:
- Log on to www.evisa.gov.tr
- Provide the requested information
- Make online payment
- Download the e-visa
This process takes an average of three minutes. Please make sure to have a printed copy of the e-visa as it is not possible to get new one upon arrival for the same passport number.
